With the recent publication of the "EANM practical guidance on uncertainty analysis for molecular radiotherapy absorbed dose calculations"  Gear, J.I., Cox, M.G., Gustafsson, J. et al. Eur J Nucl Med Mol Imaging (2018). https://doi.org/10.1007/s00259-018-4136-7  consideration should be given to reference this document in section 4.5.

I would suggest the following alteration to paragraph 160.

(160)Uncertainty analyses provides information about the sources of bias (accuracy) and random variation (precision), respectively, and their magnitudes, that show the reliability and quality of absorbed dose calculations. Internal dose calculations involve many different measurements, complex anatomical geometries, and highly variable biological factors when applied to administered radiopharmaceuticals. Uncertainty propagation is therefore challenging and all details of measurements and sources of modelling errors must be accounted for. Nonetheless, an EANM guidance document (Gear 2018)  has proposed a framework to model the major sources of uncertainty in the dosimetry measurement chain.  Uncertainties should be recognised, acknowledged, and minimised as much as possible, to improve confidence in the estimated absorbed dose
